System Controller

A Raspberry Pi running a MQTT server that is responseable for collecting inputs from all the systems, switches and sensors. It can controls all the lights, pumps, heating, cooling, and other systems. The RPi also runs Node Red for the logic between the inputs and outputs. This provides full home automation style control.

Physical connection of the switches, sensors, and control is done through small control boxes connected to the server via Wifi. The only wiring in the van will be 12V supply lines to the control boxes and 120V to the outlets. This allows for easy additions and modifications.

The automation allows for control of the heating and cooling with awarenss of outside temperature and humidity allowing for maximum power savings. The lights will be set up to be controller from multiple location. When it comes time to hit the road a single button push will put all system road ready mode, alert for any open windows or other manually control settings.

Reduntancy here is achived through spare Respberry Pi fully ready to go as well as spare control boxes.
