Cabinetry

Notes Below here are just a random collection of notes and represent my thoughts and ramblings and any information should be vetted by yourself. This information will be updated as the design process moves along.

Cabinetry Drawers are better than cabinets

Hanging clothes wastes space More hook storage

Cabinets with slide out bottom trays

Marine spring holder over gas struts Limit overhead storage?

More open feeling, less risk of hitting head.

Magnetic baby locks for cabinet doors.

Use cloth pull out drawers Wood to metal screws Rvlabs for hidden latches

Put L track down to allow all cabinetry to be bolted down and removable. upper cabinets stick out 2-4" less than the countertop double doors instead of one large door blumb drawer glides

No low cabinets with doors. Use drawers.

Taper the ends of the upper cabinets into walls to avoid head hitting corners

Toe kick on cabinets with lighting

Drop down door for shelf under mirror Shoe storage near sliding door

Tilt out doors with storage for shallow spaces.

Think about bottom slides no binding if cabinet shifts easier fitting since width is not critical

Prevent liquids from spilling of countertops and going down between cabinets

Good lignting in cabinets
